Design fees in EUR for Graz residential lighting. Fixtures and electrician labour are separate so hardware stays transparent.
On-site visit up to 90 minutes for three rooms. Lux notes, circuit sketch, and a written priority list for ambient, task, and entry.
Base-layer design for one open-plan living zone or equivalent. Plan, fixture schedule, Kelvin table, and dimming map.
Kitchen or desk task plan when ambient work is already underway. Includes optics notes and EUR hardware bands.
Hall, stair flight, and coat niche concept with night-path suggestion and accent placement.
Complete ambient, task, and accent concept for a typical Graz two-bedroom flat or comparable Lend loft. Four dimming scenes included.
Evening visit after furniture is placed. Two hours inside Graz city limits to balance Evening, Cook, Host, and Night Path.
What is never inside the design fee
Lamps, drivers, dimmers, and installation labour are quoted by suppliers and electricians. We publish expected EUR ranges on schedules but do not sell hardware with a studio markup.
Building permits or landlord approvals remain the client’s responsibility; we can write a short technical note if helpful.
Travel inside and beyond Graz
Visits within Graz and nearby Jakomini or Lend addresses use the listed fees. Outside the city ring we add €0.55 per kilometre plus time at €85 per hour.
Remote drawing-only updates after an audit are billed at €85 per hour with a one-hour minimum.
Payment rhythm
Audits are due before the visit. Package work is 50% to start and 50% on delivery of drawings. Scene fine-tunes are due on the visit day.
